You currently own a pair of our Challenger II or HD Foam Tips
We send you a self impression kit w/ easy to understand instructions
You take the impression and send them to our manufacture w/ your buds
In return, you will receive fully custom earbuds
Each earpiece is custom molded to seal the ear canal which decreases exterior noise and increases the quality of sound
Note: Approximately 1-2 week turn around once impressions are receive by our manufacturer
The turn around time was great, the people at Sampson have amazing customer service. Shawn made sure i got all my pieces with lots of time to spare. I would recommend this product & Sampson in general to anyone. multiple orders and never missed a deadline.

Final results are awesome
Creating the mold was a bit tricky but not terrible. The kit comes with enough to make 3 in case you mess one of them up. The fit and function of the product once it is returned is awesome. No more buds falling out of my ear.
